Rather than operating like a conventional office building, leading coworking environments borrow heavily from hospitality principles. This practice has been in full force at The Shop Workspace since our inception in 2017 and we’re excited to continue to press the envelope through this year.

Design has always been important in coworking, but in 2026 it is becoming a competitive advantage. The division between decorated and designed spaces will continue to grow as members preferences continue to be shaped.

Our onsite Community Teams invest time in introducing members to one another, organizing events that encourage collaboration, and creating moments where relationships can form naturally.
