Born from a personal health journey, Uncommon Table is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Pascale and Jimmie, who understood firsthand that finding fresh, nourishing food in Louisiana can feel impossible. When a health scare prompted Jimmie to go gluten-free, their family’s entire relationship with food shifted. What began as necessity became passion—a mission to prove that balance and wellness don’t have to mean sacrifice.
