All Star Weekend 2023: The Shop SLC Guide

For the first time in thirty years, the NBA All Star Weekend is back and bigger than ever in Salt Lake City. We’ve got your in on all things All Star 2023 to help you make the most of your weekend.

All Star Weekend Checklist

The Right Kicks

Salt Lake City blocks may be in an easy to understand grid system, but they are also super long in comparison to other major cities. Pop into FICE Gallery for a local option to up your sneaker game with options from Nike, Saucony, Come des Garçons, Vans and more.

Your Digital Guide

The NBA Events App will be your number one tool to navigating almost all of the fun happening this weekend. Make an account and start collecting rewards points around town (including at The Shop)! Earn access to the crossover event, Jazz games, gift cards to the team store and more.  Pro tip – a lot of these locations are already live in the app, start early to get points before everyone flies later this week!

A Gameplan

Over 100k extra people will be flooding to SLC, are you ready? Plans on where to park, ride share pick-up zones, Trax train schedules, reservations for meals, heavy traffic and road closures will serve you well as you navigate through an incredible 72 hours. All roads around Vivint will have partial or full closures throughout the weekend you’ll want to be aware of (but lucky for us, Trax is free all weekend and includes in-car performances).

Pop-Ups Around Town

Don’t miss your chance to snag limited edition pieces from all the best brands. The features below are standalone, but there will be more from Canada Goose, Wilson and more at the NBA Crossover all weekend.
