The Shop at the CAC is proud to welcome the Urban Land Institute Louisiana (ULI) and the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) back to community for REDI ReConnect: Alumni & Recruitment Special on Wednesday, March 26!

This event is a chance for past, present, and future REDI participants to come together for an evening of networking, learning, and inspiration. Whether you’re an alum looking to reconnect, a prospective participant eager to explore new opportunities, or someone passionate about real estate and community development, this is the place to be.

REDI is a transformative program dedicated to increasing diversity in real estate by providing training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to women and people of color. Participants learn directly from ULI professionals and work in teams to develop real-world projects, equipping them with the tools to navigate and thrive in the industry.

At REDI ReConnect, you’ll hear from alumni about their career journeys, meet program instructors and mentors, and gain firsthand insight into what makes REDI such a valuable experience. Plus, a special thank you to Tara Hernandez for providing a mini-library of real estate books—attendees can take home insightful reads to deepen their industry knowledge!
