October at The Shop is all about savoring the season. From fall flavors and Oktoberfest cheers to pumpkin decorating and spooky celebrations, this month is filled with ways to connect, recharge, and celebrate community. Whether you’re warming up with soup, laughing at Friday Funnies, or donning your best costume, there’s something festive happening each week.
Week of October 1–3
Wednesday, October 1 – Midweek Snack Break: Crudité
We’re starting October fresh! Bright, crunchy veggies with dips make for a light and colorful afternoon pick-me-up.
Thursday, October 2 – Oktoberfest Happy Hour
Raise a glass to fall! German beers, giant pretzels, and beer cheese dip bring all the Bavarian vibes to the lounge. Prost!
Friday, October 3 – Friday Funnies | 8:30–10:00am
Ease into the weekend with coffee, short films, and comedy to keep the laughter flowing.

Design Week is here! The Shop is hosting events throughout the week, and members are invited to join. A perfect chance to soak in inspiration without leaving your workspace.
Tuesday, October 7 – Apple Cider Tasting

Wednesday, October 8 – Midweek Snack Break: Tomato Soup Sippers & Grilled Cheese
Classic comfort food, bite-sized! Warm soup shots and gooey grilled cheese squares are perfect for fall.

Friday, October 31 – Happy Halloween: Candy Bowl + Morning Movie
Halloween morning kicks off with a candy spread and a screening of Hocus Pocus. Bring your costume and settle in for a festive start to the day.
