Week of May 4
All Week: American Craft Beer Week (May 4–10)
We’re raising a glass to American Craft Beer Week! Swing by the 3rd Floor and take a peek in our “Help Yourself” fridge to sample a rotating selection of craft beers from Utah and across the country. It’s the perfect way to discover a new favorite—cheers!
May 4: May the 4th Be With You!
Join us for a galactic good time with Star Wars movies playing all day long. Pop in between meetings, stay for a favorite scene, or settle in for a full film—no matter how you celebrate, may the 4th be with you.
May 5: Snack Break – Salsa Bar
Spice up your afternoon with a build-your-own salsa bar. We’ll have chips, a variety of salsas, and plenty of flavorful add-ons to keep things fresh and festive.
May 6: Member Snack Break – Rice Krispie Treats
Sometimes simple is best. Stop by for homemade Rice Krispie treats—gooey, nostalgic, and just the right midday pick-me-up.
May 7: Member Breakfast – Egg McMuffins
Get your Golden Arches fix without leaving the building. We’re serving up warm, satisfying breakfast sandwiches to kickstart your morning.
May 8: Fire Alarm Testing (11AM–1PM)
We’ll be conducting scheduled fire alarm testing during this window. Thanks in advance for your patience while we keep things safe and up to code!
Week of May 11
May 12: Happy Hour
Wind down with us at Happy Hour—beer, wine, and snacks included. It’s the perfect excuse to step away from your desk and connect with fellow members.
May 13: Member Breakfast – Yogurt Bar
Build your own breakfast bowl with yogurt, fresh fruit, and a variety of toppings. Light, refreshing, and totally customizable.
May 14: Snack Break – Cookie Club
Hot, fresh, and straight from the oven. Cookie Club is back and ready to brighten your day—come grab one (or a few).
Week of May 18 – Memorial Day Week
We’re celebrating the unofficial start of summer all week long! Keep an eye out for pop-up treats, giveaways, and sunny surprises around every corner.
May 19: Snack Break – Ice Cream Bars & Popsicles
Cool off with a frozen treat! We’re stocking the fridge with ice cream bars, popsicles, and otter pops—perfect for a quick and refreshing break.
May 20: Happy Hour – Margaritas
Get into the summer spirit with margaritas and other festive drinks. It’s a little taste of the long weekend, served early.
May 21: Summer Sun Giveaway
Swing by to grab sunscreen and other sunny-day essentials to keep you protected and ready for long days outside.
May 22: Community Desk Early Closure (2PM)
The Community Desk will close early in observance of Memorial Day weekend. Enjoy the extra time and have a great long weekend!
Week of May 25
May 25: Memorial Day – Closed for Day Guests
The Shop will be closed for the day (no day guest access), but members will continue to have 24/7 access.
May 26: Cookie Club
Back by popular demand—homemade cookies fresh and ready for you. Stop by and treat yourself.
May 27: Diner Breakfast
We’re going classic diner-style with eggs, hash browns, and sausage. A hearty way to start your day.
May 28: Community Day with Bookish
Invite your friends, family, and colleagues to experience The Shop for a free day of coworking in partnership with Bookish. Come for the work, stay for the community.
