With over 15 years of experience in operations management and hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and Sonder, Hugh joined The Shop team in 2021 and has played a key role in building a strong foundation for our community.
Committed to fostering a vibrant and dynamic experience at The Shop, Hugh focuses on strengthening and amplifying the regional entrepreneurial landscape through impactful programming, operational excellence, and meaningful member connections.
A New Orleans native, Hugh has an incredible love for his hometown. Outside of The Shop, he enjoys volunteering at local festivals, cooking for his family, and entertaining visitors while sharing the culture and hospitality that make New Orleans unique.

Cameron Noote
Community Specialist
A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Cameron brings nearly a decade of operational experience across food and beverage, hospitality, and administrative roles to The Shop team.
As Community Specialist, Cameron manages many of the essential details that keep The Shop running smoothly every day, including the marketplace and beverage program, reception services, mail handling, and member support.
With a strong background in hospitality and operations, Cameron helps create a seamless experience for members and guests while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that defines The Shop community.

Sean Kline
Community Specialist
Originally from southwest Ohio, Sean brings a passion for community building, communications, and creating meaningful experiences to The Shop team. With over seven years of experience in the coworking industry, Sean is focused on activating the space, strengthening member engagement, and helping grow The Shop community.
Sean manages communications and programming for The Shop, including community events, member engagement initiatives, and opportunities that bring members together both professionally and socially.
Currently pursuing his MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Louisiana, Sean combines his background in coworking, hospitality, and community development to help create an environment where members feel connected, supported, and inspired.

Anne Olsen
Director of Coworking
Anne Olsen is the Director of Coworking for The Shop Workspace, where she supports operations, growth, sales, marketing and member experience across the company’s locations. Based in Salt Lake City, Anne works closely with each local team to help strengthen day-to-day operations while shaping the broader strategy for The Shop’s continued growth.
In New Orleans, she partners with the teams at The Shop at the CAC and The Shop SOMA on everything from membership strategy and programming to brand development and long-term planning. Her role is largely behind the scenes, helping connect the work happening on the ground with the larger goals of The Shop Workspace and The Domain Companies.
