When does The Shop SOMA open?
June 1, 2026. SOMA is our second New Orleans location and we’ve been building it specifically for the South Market neighborhood.
Where is SOMA located?
798 S Rampart Street, on the ground floor of The Standard, New Orleans’ premier residential condominium building in the South Market District. The building is designed by famed architect Morris Adjmi, a New Orleans native and the founder of New York City-based firm Morris Adjmi Architects.
What will be available at SOMA?
SOMA will offer 11 private offices (designed for 1–2 people each), 15 dedicated desks, and 30 Commons memberships across 6,500 sq ft of coworking space. The full Shop amenity suite will be available from day one.
Can I find out about pricing and availability before it opens?
Yes. Reach out to the team now to get current rates and pre-opening information. Several offices are already being spoken for ahead of the June 1 opening and we anticipate selling out quickly.
