The Ashé Rooftop Festival is back, and this year it’s bigger and better! On Saturday, October 12, 2024, we’re thrilled to be part of this vibrant, community-driven celebration at The Shop at the CAC. As part of the festival’s Wellness Rooftop (900 Camp St., 3rd Floor), we invite you to immerse yourself in a day of health, connection, and culture, all while taking in breathtaking views of New Orleans from our rooftop space.

What to Expect at The Wellness Rooftop

From 9 AM to 5 PM, the Wellness Rooftop will feature a wide variety of activities focused on nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll have something for everyone in the family, including:

• Guided yoga sessions to help you relax and recharge
• Meditation workshops to center your thoughts and foster inner peace
• Interactive wellness stations offering tips on holistic health and self-care
• A Kid’s Corner with fun, wellness-themed activities for children
• Live music and performances that celebrate the spirit of the African Diaspora

Whether you’re looking for a moment of zen or want to engage in conversations about wellness and mental health, this space will be your go-to spot throughout the festival.

A Full Day of Festival Fun

The Ashé Rooftop Festival is happening across multiple rooftops in New Orleans, each offering a unique theme. Be sure to check out the other locations:

• Main Rooftop (300 N. Broad St., 11 AM – 10 PM) for musical performances, signature cocktails, and interactive art.
• Social Justice Rooftop (501 Basin St., 11 AM – 5 PM) where important conversations around community empowerment will take place.
