Earlier this year, The Shop SLC was the home of the first-ever mtnDAO. A SLC based Solana Incubator that had a heavy focus on networking, innovation and more. We hosted politicians, community leaders, movers and shakers for a month long event.

We are excited to share that mtnDAO is back in SLC this August! Solana Summer Camp takes form in Utah through mtnDAO 2.0. Over seventy individuals from all over the globe are gathering at The Shop all month long.

This time around, mtnDAO’s primary sponsor is The Solana Foundation! The Summer Camp Hackathon is a global event with over $5 million up for grabs in prizes and seed funding for new projects. Awards include The Grand Champion, The Community Choice Award, Prizes in Mobile, Payments, DeFi, Web3, Gaming and DAO Tracks, The University Award and The Climate Award.
