HOW STACK & SHINE WORKS
When someone you refer joins The Shop and completes their first two billing cycles, your referral is confirmed and your rewards begin to stack.
Each confirmed referral unlocks a new tier – with better perks, deeper recognition, and a little more shine. Rewards reset annually, so there’s always room to keep building.

1st Referral | The Spark
Earn: $150 Shop credit OR $150 local experience (your choice of: dinner or workshop)
2nd Referral | The Glow

TIMING & DETAILS (THE NON-AWKWARD PART)
- Referrals are confirmed after the referred member’s second invoice (about 60 days)
- Credits are valid for 3 months once issued
- Tier progress resets annually to encourage steady participation
- Rewards can be redeemed as Shop credit if desired
